The slave gladiator Spartacus, who originated from the Indo-European folk of the Thracians and was enslaved by the Romans when he fell into captivity.

He belonged to an aristocratic family who were descendants of the tribe of Spartans and he therefore had great fighting experience and warfare qualities even before his enslaved gladiatorial life, so it was understandable that he could take over the leadership role during the escape and keep it after the escape.

Years prior to his enslavement and forced recruitment as a gladiator by the Romans, he fought in the war against their legions.

The Thracians and various other folks stood up against the Romans when they were incited by the Pontic king Mithridates VI, and it was precisely during this war that Spartacus was captured and brought to Rome as a slave.

And since he was as good as a perfectionist in the handling of weapons and in combat, had enormous physical strength and a high intelligence as well as a brilliant intellect and a good education, his destiny was sealed.

Such persons were unceremoniously taken by the Romans to the gladiator elite school of Capua, where they, being experienced in weapons and combat, besides fighting, also had the task of acting as gladiator trainers, which from then on was also Spartacus' fate.

Three years after his escape from the gladiator prison in Capua, he ordered the last and desperate attack on the chasers (Romans), whereby the two armies then collided for many hours and, in addition to a real bloodbath, also left behind a field of deaths on which lay many thousands of Roman legionaries and umpteen thousands of rebels, all of whom had to fight tired and power-wise exhausted.

The Spartacus fighters had no realistic chance, and Spartacus himself too suffered a severe stab wound that forced him to the ground.

Nevertheless, he continued to fight against the legionnaires attacking him until he received a blow to the head with a sword, which, however, did not split his skull, but only tore a flesh wound open, causing him to fall to the ground, covered in blood and unconscious, and was left lying there, believed to be dead.

Then, when everything was over and the night had arrived, Spartacus regained consciousness and left the battlefield half walking half crawling and thus fled from the Romans, whereby he was lucky that a helpful peasant found him, who took him in and cared for him for about two months, until he was well again.

Afterwards Spartacus set off unrecognized to return to his homeland, which he eventually reached after several months and lived there as a free man until the end of his life as well unrecognized and died at the age of 61 years.

Meat

There is no difference between meat and animal product eaters as well as those that eat only fruits, vegetables, berries, grapes, salads, roots, juices and all kinds of other vegetable products.

This means that the latter do not live any longer than eaters of meat and animal products.

During the whole process of eating it is only important that the food is not consumed in exaggerated quantity and not too fat-containing.

The less animal fat there is in the diet, the less chance there is of contracting obesity or all sorts of diseases, such for example cancer, heart disease, biliary, liver or kidney problems, etc.

If fat is thus only consumed in a moderate way, there is no difference with regard to the mortality of both groups.

Meat from bred animals contains as a rule much more fat than is the case with wild animals, in whose meat more unsaturated fatty acids are given, which are of enormous importance as well as very valuable for the human being.

It is therefore of enormous importance that animal fats are consumed as little as possible in terms of nutrition because, among other things, they are extremely high in calories and further obesity and thereby also damage the health.

It must be taken into consideration that in the digestive system the food is burned to energy i.e. converted into energy, whereby the so-called free radicals develop, which can attack and influence the genome as well as the cells in an extremely harmful way.

Once a marriage bond is closed, what family name, respectively surname, becomes effective in the family, respectively with the wife and with the descendants?

Do the wife and the children receive the surname of the husband, or does the wife keep her premarital surname? And what happens with the children?

This is regulated with us by a law, and indeed, in the way that wives and descendants resulting from the marriage bond, in each case, always bear the surname of the husband, respectively the father.

This is regulated in such a way because solely through this, confusions in the degree of kinship as well as in the family tree can be avoided.

Anxiety by no means has anything to do with cowardice or hysteria.

For all life forms that have a conscious or instinctive consciousness, the reactions of anxiety and fear are contained in the depths of the brain.

We are dealing here with states of thoughts, feelings and the psyche, which form a complex biological program.

The stimulus that triggers anxiety or fear ( referring to human beings in this context ) races with the speed of light into the thoughts, so that it is not at all realised by human being, and even cannot be captured by any highly sensitive measuring devices.

And at the same speed, impulses are racing out of the unconscious and imperceptible, rapidly emerging thoughts, which directly stimulate a neuronal circuit to start functioning.

With an acoustic stimulus, for example, the circulation runs from the ears into the limbic system, which is located between the cerebral cortex and the brain stem.

There, in the amygdala, known to you as the almond core, anxiety and fear are activated in tiny fractions of a second by the stimulus of unconscious and imperceptible, fast as light flash-thoughts.

The almond core, consisting of a small almond-shaped accumulation of neurons, has the characteristic and ability to put the entire organism of the human being into a highly sensitive alert-state and to cause a tension of anxiety or fear.

The almond core cooperates with another factor of the nearby brain centre, namely the hippocampus, in which memories, living-experiences, situations and experiences are stored like in an archive.

These are with the speed of light compared with the current threat or actually with what is regarded as an acute threat.

However, the whole process is not consciously perceived by the human being, because the conscious realisation of the anxiety or the fear only manifests itself once hormonal signals emanating from the almond core trigger the anxiety reaction or fear reaction like a torrent.

Put in different words, the following happens: The almond core sends the instruction i.e. impulse to the hypothalamus to release the corticotropin-releasing hormone.

This hormone, called CRH for short, causes the stimulation of the pituitary gland as well as the adrenal glands, through which they otherwise release adrenaline as well as noradrenaline and cortisol.

But these are not the only processes, because there are several other hormonal factors at play during the whole exercise, although it would go too far to explain them.

But what ultimately results from everything is that the gastric blood vessels constrict, and the digestive processes cease, the heart begins to race, whereby the blood circulation is stimulated.

In addition, a bristling up of the hair takes place; the blood pressure rises, which increases alertness and readiness for action.

The breathing becomes faster, whereby the body can act better, because it gets more oxygen.

Anxiety sweat, and sweaty hands are further consequences, because the blood flow to the skin is reduced in order to supply the muscles as well as the arms and legs with more blood.

The liver provides a high gain in energy by ensuring that more sugar gets into the blood.

Free Marriages

If a true capacity to marry is found, then the two lovers are united to each other in a marriage of a free form.

This means that they get together in a free marriage, without there being an official regulation or joining-together and without such being required.

Such a form of official marriage wouldn't be good and would also be connected with many problems, for an official joining together equals an inevitable compulsion, which arises from certain official regulations, etc.

This corresponds to an experience that already became owned by our ancestors, which is why the solution for many evils that arose from official marriages was sought in the free marriage, as we practice this today and work with it very well.

In official marriages ,the various ancient evils (that arise ), which have often led to very vicious assaults and even killings, have been resolved since then and no longer appear, which has nothing to do with the fact that differences of opinion couldn't arise, but these no longer degenerate as they did in much earlier times, when rather official rules for marriages still applied.

Free marriage – and, thus, the free marriage alliance – offers many advantages, so among other things, that the two partners don't feel chained together by an official compulsion, as this is, indeed, the case with an official marriage because an official and legal obligation exists.

Through this, the spouses do not feel free, as this is actually the case with a free marriage.

However, the lack of freedom creates many and very often unsolvable problems because the freedom of one's own decision and action is missing, due to the fact that the partners are bound together by an official regulation in the way that they can't necessarily separate from each other out of their own volition if their marriage isn't in harmony and so on; rather, this is only possible through the compliance with official regulations and a corresponding action.

In a free marriage, the partners do their own free will together, according to their very own decision to decide independently on anything and everything in their marriage in an absolutely free form.

This also ensures that the feeling of togetherness is extremely strong, as well as the sense of responsibility, toward all aspects of the marriage bond and toward the partner.

A kind of continuous fasting is therefore beneficial to health and life-prolonging.

With continuous fasting I refer in this context to not scoff senselessly but eating only small portions with decency, whereby of course all necessary substances such as vitamins, enzymes, minerals, proteins and trace elements etc. must be contained in the food or separately supplied to the body.

My rule for this is that when I eat, I only consume as much food as it agrees with me. Consequently, I stop eating when I could still eat something and there is still a slight feeling of hunger.

Athletes stuff themselves full of protein products to build muscles, have more strength and be more enduring.

In this regard the body is often supplied with up to three and four grams of protein, whereby especially dairy products and the protein of the eggs play an important role, which is certainly cannot be healthy.

In fact the supply of this kind of protein to the body is harmful to health and can under certain circumstances even lead to death.

Too much protein removes calcium from the bones, making them brittle and fragile.

In particular, larger amounts of milk should be avoided, as latter deprives the body of particularly large amounts of calcium.

Too much protein also damages the kidney function and hence the overall health of the body.

Children of all ages are particularly susceptible with respect to health impairment of various forms caused by milk protein, which is why they should be given as little milk and milk dishes as possible.

Especially small children should not be given milk other than mother's milk and therefore no animal milk.

The daily need for protein in a human being, however, is usually 500 to 1,000 milligrammes per kilogramme of body weight, whereby the need for protein increases with major efforts and is allowed to reach a maximum value of 1,750 milligrammes.

Small children should be placed at the lower limit of the above-mentioned amount, which therefore also means that the need for protein can change according to age, which is why under certain circumstances older human beings, as well as also younger ones, may have a lower protein need.

However, if this is not taken into account, there is a danger of osteoporosis appearing; a condition in which calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase are in the reference range.

Many fresh vegetables as well as vegetables in general usually contain a lot of nitrate, which is why infants are not allowed to be given such food or only in very small amounts.

Larger amounts lead to severe nitrate poisoning, which is usually fatal.

The entire metabolism of the infant is geared towards breast milk, which is why during the first months of life only this food or a suitable substitute may be given to the infant.

If this is disregarded and the food is changed over to vegetables, meat or fruit too early, this can be life-threatening for the infant and even lead to death.

In other words, all kinds of meat and all kinds of fruit can also be very dangerous for infants, and particularly if a quantity is not respected which is adapted to the metabolism, the health and the overall constitution of the infant's body.

If beer and must are drunk regularly in larger quantities, then a so-called gentle stupefaction occurs, which the persons drinking these substances are nevertheless not realising and which often remains unnoticed by the environment too.

The world of thoughts and feelings is dulled by beer and must, as is the case with any other alcoholic beverage, but this dullness is not perceived by those affected by it themselves ..... just because they have already fallen into dullness.

Ultimately, everything out of this can then end in dementia; a self-bred i.e. self-acquired mental deficiency that is based on irreparable brain damage i.e. damage to consciousness caused by alcohol, a condition which is also called drinker's mental deficiency and from which finally the drinker's insanity i.e. the delirium tremens results.

Too much liquid would wash out salts, minerals, trace elements and vitamins from the brain and from the body, which would lead to all sorts of ills and even death.

Our doctors and all sorts of other folks keep claiming that at least two to three litres of water or something equivalent have to be drunk every day.

The question arises about the amount to be assumed where a harmful effect on the body and the brain arises?

This depends on the needs of the brain and the whole body, the organs and the muscles, etc.

Thus, thirst is not simply thirst, because many human beings drink a lot because they imagine that they are thirsty, even though their body does not need any supply of fluid.

The more they drink in the process, the more liquids that are saturated in the body and brain with vital salts, trace elements, vitamins and minerals, they excrete again through sweating and urination.

Therefore, the rule applies that liquid must only be drunk when one is really thirsty, whereby this must be calculated proportionally to the physical exertions.

For the highest and greatest physical exertions, a maximum of 300ml to 1.5 litres of pure liquid such as water, tea or coffee with little or no sugar applies.

During hot weather it is thereby advisable and of greatest benefit if water, tea or coffee are drunk as hot as possible; otherwise also cool drinks can be drunk in equal measure and in small sips.

If there is no great physical exertion, it is very advisable to keep the fluid reduced to such an extent that one only drinks when one is really thirsty.

This means that the body may under certain circumstances not need to be supplied with any particular fluid, because the food alone is already sufficient to supply the brain and body etc. with the necessary fluid.

If, however, too much is drunk, this not only causes damages in the form now mentioned several times, but the brain function is also negatively affected.

This means that the ability of thoughts and the function of feelings as well as the ability of rationality, self-responsibility and the ability to make logical decisions are impaired, as well as the capacity of intelligence, which falls victim to reduction and paralysis.

How humans invented God .... and became his slaves .... which ultimately led .... our consciousness to start begging ....

Through the degenerations of the faith, people have fallen into thoughts, emotions, and degenerate behaviors that have persecuted and murdered other peoples, and also declared war on peoples when they were of a different faith than those who sought hatred and revenge.

The otherness of the various groups of people also played a major role, as did the food they fought for.

Out of all this unspeakably many evils have been brought out, which turn out to be vices, illusions, effervescence, envy, excitement, hate, greed, false expectation, and hopeless hope, passion, and anger.

Intoxication, hysteria, overstrain, restlessness and over-stimulation of all kinds formed.

Everything also produced wild fantasies, illusions and confused delusions, which became more and more profound and ended in a sick delusion of belief, which eventually became religions.

For many thousands of years, the delusion of the first very small, diverse religions is sworn on an unreal god invented by humans, the first only as illusion, animal, object, sun, man or moon, etc., but in later time as God was supposed to sit on a heavenly throne and was raised by the God-believers of all times absurd to a creator god.

This non-existent and human-born God is granted by believers in him, to have created the universe and the stars as well as everything, to love oneself and to be lenient and just, while at the same time demanding punishment and even death for committed mistakes and blaming men for their weaknesses and imperfections, though he is supposed to determine all actions and deeds of the people themselves.

The case, however, is different than what the believers believe, for no god has conceived and created man, but they have invented this god and devised the imaginative and illusory image that they worship and worship in their confusion.

These imaginative beings have fallen into delusion and have thereby lost themselves, which from the beginning was the reason that they - as I said - envy, vices, excitement, imaginings, flare-ups, hatred, false expectations, greed, hopes, passions, anger, intoxication, hysteria, overstrain, unrest and over-excitement.

This prevented them - and also prevents them today and in the future - from becoming independent and irreproachable, self-responsible, peaceful, self-serving, strong-tempered and irreproachable, etc., as well as becoming true human beings.

And that is what the people of this world did because they made themselves - and still do - by their wickedness and viciousness - to govern themselves and to live with illusions and divine delusions.

So they have delusionally created an unreal God and thus a supreme being that suits their needs.

So they have created the need for "God's Existence" and firmly believe in it.

Any rational person identifies this evil and mad game, while the believers believe in their confusion, that their fictitious God received their prayers, signing acts and would help them in distress and misery.

The truth, however, is that every believer in the world is serving his god of faith only because of the dumbest claims and for his guilty conscience.

And so wars are started in his name and revolutions are carried out, murders are committed and even punishable with death.

The reason why animals become smaller when they are kept in the care of the human beings and in buildings is that the natural course of evolution is influenced in such a way that a devolution i.e. a retrogression in the development takes place, because the animals – robbed of their natural environment and way of life – fall victim to a weakening.

In the domestic care of the human beings the animals do not need any more the major strength and also no more the toughness as well as the larger body proportions and the moves, which they need in the open nature i.e. in the wilderness, consequently they change devolutionarily in this regard.

The same has also happened to the human being, who has become more and more refined and weakened in his/her body build as well as in his/her strength, moves and body proportions etc., which will continue to happen due to the irrational mode of life and the raising standard of living.

In relation to the psyche there is probably no need for me to teach you, but in relation to the hair and the life energy the following can be explained:

The hair is, as you know, an organ of the body, and the hair is a signal of the life energy that flows through the body.

That can be expressed as this:

The fuller, healthier and stronger the hair is, the bigger and stronger is the life energy of the body and the consciousness, which is why hair is the mirror, the antenna and the state of health of the consciousness-power.

This statement is based on reality, which is why hair should never be dyed – except for necessary medical interventions – because dyeing the hair affects certain parts of the life energy just as much as products and nutrition that stiffen the hair.

The more conscious a human being lives, and the greater his/her life energy is as a result of this, the more powerful and healthy his/her hair is as well as his/her sense of taste and smell.

Thereby it must however be taken into consideration that sparse as well as full-growth i.e. dense hair must not be assessed in terms of health and life energy, because if we are talking about full hair, then this means its fully healthy state.

Healthy, strong hair therefore primarily says something about the amount and the state of the actual life energy, but also about the sense of taste and smell as to whether they function normally or whether they are damaged, whereby in the latter case food combinations are eaten and found to be good, which truthly do not fit together and are disgusting, such as for example meat with berries or fruits, etc., as is the case with Earth-humans who eat inappropriately mixed food with an impaired sense of taste and smell.

The impaired sense of taste is based on defective i.e. modified genes on the one hand, but also on educational instilling.

Especially the kidneys are responsible for the health and growth of the hair, along with hormones, vitamins, trace elements and minerals.

It is also interesting to know that a lot of the sweets, such as sugar confectionery, etc., produces heavy and greasy hair, while less sugar substances make light and dry hair.

The astronomical data with which the Giza pyramid was built reveals the time when a catastrophic event that would threaten the Earth from the cosmos ....

When the pyramids were built, the then astronomers were already calculating the further fate of the Earth.

According to the derived data from that the measurements of the pyramids were elaborated.

The calculations revealed that many thousands of years in the future a catastrophe would once again threaten the Earth from the cosmos, like at the time of the construction of the pyramids.

For indicating the impending catastrophe to the Earth’s inhabitants of later millennia, the obtained measurement data of astronomical nature in distant future were therefore built into the pyramids.

That means that they were constructed according to the data and measurements, which will precisely then match with the astronomical data, when the catastrophe from space will anew loom.

Astronomy was very capable in those days, and thus calculated the dates very precisely.

It even considered several world crashes in their calculations and was in that way able to calculate the dates with extremely accurate precision.

As pre-calculated the Earth did then actually crash and proved the science of those days, meanwhile long gone, to be right.

And now the time is slowly fulfilling, since the astronomical measurement data, which as explained served for the construction of pyramids and were determinant, are gradually corresponding with the astronomical values of the present time, and announcing the so more than 70,000 years ago prophesied happening.

And that happening will precisely be then, when the sunlight of a faraway star passes through the tube-like opening of the revelation, which stretches from outside the Giza pyramid to the centre, in a straight uninterrupted line and illuminates a particular point.

When & where did the first stars actually formed ?

The current age of the universe is around 46,000,000,000,000 years, reckoned from the Big Bang.

The point at which the last great process of transformation-and-renewal of the material universe - therefore of our visible material universe - took place nearly 17,000,000,000 years ago.

Thereby, in the inner part of the outer regions of the material universe belt - not in the outermost part of the actual transformation areas - at a distance of around 14,000,000,000 light years from the solar system, new stars formed again which, after around 187,000,000 years of the latest great transformation process, began to radiate and shine.
