A kind of continuous fasting is therefore beneficial to health and life-prolonging.

With continuous fasting I refer in this context to not scoff senselessly but eating only small portions with decency, whereby of course all necessary substances such as vitamins, enzymes, minerals, proteins and trace elements etc. must be contained in the food or separately supplied to the body.

My rule for this is that when I eat, I only consume as much food as it agrees with me. Consequently, I stop eating when I could still eat something and there is still a slight feeling of hunger.
